The Air Fill "Happy Birthday" 9" foil balloon comes in a pack of 5 with all the accessories you need to blow the balloon with air. The balloon comes with a a cup that has a short stick attached. You blow into the cup through the stick, as soon as the balloon is taut your balloon is ready to be displayed. Place long stick into the cup to finish. This balloon is suitable to fill by air only, not helium.
