Refund policy
In the rare instance that there is an issue with your order, such as it not arriving as detailed on the delivery form or encountering any unforeseen problems attributable to our team, we will provide a complimentary re-delivery of your flowers. Typically, the recipient may keep the initially delivered flowers. Please note, once the order has been dispatched or delivered, refunds will not be issued.
Given the perishable nature of flowers and plants, any claims regarding the products must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be addressed.
We do not accept return/refund for change of minds with flowers.
